After not listening to my system for two weeks......

It sounded flat, like there was less HF. Everything else was wonderful and a joy to experience after a two week void. In that two weeks I didn't listen to music at all other than a little through the TV which actually sounds quite good for a TV. It has two-ways with a sub. So the more I listened the more it sounded "right". I have always known my setup leans warm quite a bit and that's my taste. I still have very good HF hearing too. The first track I played which made the impression isn't that great and lacks crispness. Other tracks after seemed to improve things. Everything was right with the system, the variable was/is me. That said maybe it is time to think about doing some things to add some HF. In my setup with a passive bi-amp I have options for sure.
