Schumann frequency health issues

Just rec'd my Schumann Resonance CD. The CD package contains the following warning: Do not use while driving or operating machinery and Do not to use if you have epilepsy.

This begs the Questions: Do the other Schumann devices provide similar warnings? If they don't, should they?
