a very resolute situation. It's still early as I haven't but done an initial A-B test but I thought I'd post anyways. When placing a Shakti stone on top of my KingRex power supply and the RR-77 on top of the Stone, the inner resolutionof the music seems to have done thru the roof, likened to 480i compared to 1080i. I have only 1 Stone and I had placed it over the transformer of my Sunfire TG4 processor, best location for both audio & video. I listened to the opening track "Rondo Acapricio" off the album J.A.C. by Tosca (2005),, a download that had obviously come from an album as there are minute static from a stylus, barely noticable but definitely there, mainly in the beginning and the ending of the track. Well when I placed the Stone under the RR-77, the static jumped right to the forfront and became very pronounced. The track as a whole seemed to get deeper with a darker background. I'm not sure if the stone was benefiting the power supply or the RR-77, not sure because what i'm hearing would be consistent with a cleaner power supply and I don't think the effects of the RR-77 has actually changed. Two things are certained tho, there is a definite improvement in resolution with this Shakti Stone placement and I need another Shakti Stone. ;)
Cheers,
Robin
