When your Schumann is broke???

Just wondering how you tell if your Shumann is working properly since you have to have special equipment to meausure if it is outputting the frequency?
What is the warranty if any?
What justification do you use to return it to the dealer? Do you just say it doesn't make my music sound good anymore?
What does the dealer do with it if they take it back? Send it back to the manufacturer in Japan?
Just a few honest questions here, anyone have any input on this?
