ANOMALOUS PERTURBATION
From Wikipedia:
"...anomalous perturbation, is a term used to describe any paranormal phenomena in which it is said that an individual (A) [in this case, Geoff Kait] uses Psi (parapsychology) [in this case, a phone call] to influence a physical event...in object (B) [the customer's aural and/or visual perception]."
The Tweak cannot be a product of true teleportation, as "Teleportation is the movement of objects or elementary particles from one place to another, more or less instantaneously, without traveling through space..."exact" quantum teleportation is possible only with photons and atoms..."Inexact" teleportation (where quantum states are not preserved), is possible by encoding information about an object, transmitting the information to another place, such as by radio or an electric signal, and creating a copy of the original object in the new location."
Electrical signals are a result of the transfer of ELECTRONS from one ATOM to another, so "exact" quantum teleportation is out of the question. Now, one could argue that with the advent of FiOS technology, photons could be a part of the Tweak's equation. But there is still a DAC and a bunch of copper at each end of the FiOS line. So photons are out of the question as well.
If the Tweak is a product of "inexact" teleportation, wouldn't one need a decoder at the other end of the phone call? But we all know the answer to that one, the PHONE is the decoder. Silly me.
The fact remains that teleportation refers to the transfer of an OBJECT, not an EFFECT. From the MD site: "The Teleportation Tweak has a profound effect on the sound"
In conclusion, this tweak is and always will be a psychological one. Party-on oh gullible clairaudient wannabe's...
