There is no "right", I thought surely by now you'd figured that out.

"If you aren't actually advocating just choosing the polarity which produces the best sound then what is your plan?" Of course I'm advocating for the best sound! What annoys me is people who claim that one way is "right", going at loggerheads with those who say, No, it's the other way -- and both thinking they know a defining standard.
