Removed tone controls now woofer pulsation

Hello all. I just eliminated the tone controls on my PAS in accordance with the instructions on Joe's site. Everything seems to work fine, and the controls are now non-functional. However, when there is an input plugged into the right channel the right woofer pulsates roughly 100 times per minute or so. The left channel does so as well, but with almost imperceptible amplitude. The cone movement is not audible, but it's source dismays me. The pre amp seems to be stock in every other way. Originally it was the left channel that did this but I re-flowed all of the solder joints and now it's the right channel. I reflowed those joints as well, but to no avail. Please help I'm eager to re-introduce this component to my system and have it working well so that I can evaluate some planned upgrades. Thanks.
