the old Motorola KSN1016 with 5029Hz sine had about 1/4 of one percent distortion at 103dB/1 meter. Eminence ASD1001 might work if you could find a tight pattern horn vs the now more common constant directivity waveguides.
Bill Woods has said good things about that B&C tweeter.
