Some have been experimenting with Building Speaker enclosures with DOW (or equiv) Foam. First as a quick easy Prototype build experiment Then Realising that the stuff Both makes Box building V quick/easy/cheap.
Easy to lift speakers as a Bonus.
It Also works really well! in measured testings apparently.
Likely not going to replace Baltic Birch ply anytime soon.
But Maybe Medite :-)
