I doubt even a 10 inch 2-way is going to manage 96db/w or better, even in a reflex box.A 10 inch 2-way infinite baffle is unlikely to be HE, unless you add a HE 15" bass driver to the baffle.
Speaker forum a better option, and a DIY site even better.
