mhardy - did you try EV 12LT in your K12?

if its like some of the high qts Knight Jensen cx, I'd expect a pretty midrange presentation, no bass boom, no bass - no bass impact - kinda like a foam baseball bat whacked against a soft pillow. There's a guy with EV 12LT who want's to try them in a K.
