It's going to be tough to get rid of that stink. Here's some suggestions:
First just let them sit in a well ventilated area for a few weeks to get then initial stink out....
Get a ziploc bag and put some charcoal in there with the speakers. Seal it up let it sit for a few weeks changing the charcoal after a week or so.
Get a ziploc bag and put some baking soda in there with the speakers. Seal it up and let it sit for a few weeks, changing the baking soda every few days.
If it still stinks after you do all the above, your last resort is to find something like a scented candle that you like the smell of. Stick the candle in the ziploc bag with the speakers and let it sit for a few weeks....it might take over the smell of the smoke.
