Bar stink used to be a common problem with carpet covered speakers that spent time in a bar.
Put your drivers in a room where you can crack the windows or in your garage etc.
Then set a strong fan up blowing on them and come back in a couple days and check them. Keep doing the fan thing until the stink is sufficiently attenuated or gone.
The hair you can remove with painters masking tape, it will stick to the tape and come off but make take patience.
