yeah - that was a 1955-56 tiny Karlson 8 with the 1772 - you need more like a "K10" size in a regular Karlson to get some semblance of bass - below is a 0.65 scale version of a K15 built by Jesse Brunner of Triticum audio and loaded with Eminence Beta10cx - in the other cabinet I presently have a Fostex FE206EN

The Karlsonator 8 should be a nice small build with deeper reach than my K10 - a K10 size can have pretty good "hit" on drums - maybe more than a horn
