Yes the LK-50 is solid state; fairly early ss, too -- thus the quasi-complementary configuration (i.e., the output is capacitor-coupled as there is a DC offset throughout the circuit all the way to the output).
That one was a) dirt-cheap (no pun intended) and is b) unrestored -- but it sounds surprisingly good.
Despite being chock full of transistors ;-)
