Make something about 10" wide by 16 3/16" high.
Slightly tilted back to point towards your ears.

I ran some little baffles that size, then built bigger and bigger baffles. Anyhow the small ones sounded the best with my little paper cone 8" speakers.

While the large baffles attempted to coax a little more bass from the drivers, they lose a lot of the ambiance and atmosphere compared to the smaller baffles.

They sounded nice.
