you could use passive line level filters, first or second order slopes. Such would eat a 120hz high pass with a lot of C. A gain control on the bass amp if it is SS will be needed.

Search on line for how to calculate the filter component values. Use PLL filter as the key word.

Of course an active crossover might be less work but more $$$$, and more noise.
