Hi Dan

As no front loaded horn designs have been offered here, perhaps you might consider a backloaded horn with direct radiator front: the Mello Monster from the early 60's. The original design is for a 12 inch woofer, but it can be easily modified for a 15 by creating a baffle board for the 15 and extending this out about 2 inches from the cab front. It's good down to about 80 Hz with an EVM 15B.
