Spend your time, effort, and money on room treatments.

Cap rolling in speaker crossovers, especially complex ones, may not give you much audible improvement.

Have you ever looked at crossovers from $50,000+ speakers? All the ones I have looked at (and it has been more than 10) use generic Bennic/Dayton polypropylene caps.
