I know what you mean Adam. I saw an original HQD setup in a New Haven, CT audio shop many, many years ago now and while a 24" Hartley woofer is smaller than the 30" EV woofer, I too, have never forgotten the site of a pair of Hartley 24" "super-woofers" as they were called. To this day, some 40+ years later, I still long for a pair of them at times...
