on the diy front, a bit over two sheets of 4'x8' plywood, two 15" P-Audio coaxial on sale @ $199.99 each, $60 or so worth of crossover parts and cost or time to build two classic Karlson K15 cabinets and you should have something which has punch in that range - moreso imo than the two commercial cabinets mentioned.

some big vent reflex could have some kick - but probably not the control of the Karlson.
