Very interesting. I had an idea similar to this a few years ago for a
small horn tweeter. My idea for the horn was to turn it out of a solid
block of wood. The horn project stalled because I didn't know where
to get a blade like you are using.
So... where did you get your blade? Custom machine shop work? DIY?
Your post made me look up some old notes on my tweeter project, I
just might have to rethink it, again:)
