EV did recommend the 15W be used in an infinite baffle configuration. However because the 15W predates Theile Small specs, the box specs are rather vague with a 20 cu. ft. volume mentioned, and a 130 sq. in. vent which would have to be hand tuned down from this. The back horn Regency cabinet is also mentioned in the 15W spec sheet, and I think you can get the dimensions for it from EV's discontinued products web page.
Moving forward into the future, you can download REW (Room EQ Wizard with both Mac and PC versions) for free online. With this and a simple test box you can quickly measure the TS specs of your 15W's, and then use one of the online calculators to design an optimal vented box.
So there's several ways to go with this project depending on your woodworking skills, but you should wind up with great sounding classic rig. I've never owned 15W's, so maybe DJK can weigh in on this too.
