Haven't heard them, but in seeing the profile, they look to be a variant on a back-loaded horn. If you've heard a Fostex BLH, you can probably guess what these will sound like. A few years ago, the shop owner (Chicago-based luthier/guitar maker), provided horns for a gig in the Guggenheim with Andrew Bird. You can catch the video here:
