Eyeballing the Big Ben's cabinet, imo there's no way it's both 97 dB efficient and -6 dB at 25 Hz. I build bass cabs so I have a decent feel for what to expect.
My guess is that the SWR cab is -3 dB in the mid-40's, assuming the 97 dB claim is in the ballpark.
I have my doubts about the T/S parameters for that woofer making it a good choice for a subwoofer, as the emphasis for bass guitar is at least an octave higher than for a subwoofer. Imo you'd be better off selling the cab and putting the proceeds towards a dedicated subwoofer driver.
