Drivers want to 'feel' a matching radiation impedance on both sides of its diaphragm, making OB and reactance annulled compression band-pass the theoretically ideal 'cab' alignments, but with limited Xmax, the 416 will go nonlinear [increasing distortion] at a lower power than the 3154.
After these, aperiodic is considered the best overall compromise, then sealed, though critically damped vented can perform close enough to sealed except with a bit of extra LF gain BW at the expense of a slightly faster roll off below Fb.
