So why not part out mom? Those kidneys are worth more than the whole;) I have a few loudspeakers in my hands that are worth twice as much or more in parts than as a whole. But for me the value of owning a original classic has more value than just cash. And with the great destruction of classics that's going on today ends, my originals may have greater cash value. Plus I didn't destroy something that has historical value kept something classic original for future owners to enjoy. We do die after all and historical rare classics are really only in our care for a short time. If all thought as you we would have no classic cars motorcycles art vintage anything most would be destroyed for profit.
