Never seen any speaker that used a SS mesh grille.
I'm thinking that's some Lunatics pride and joy DIY enclosure.
IF a tannoy resides inside it should still sound fine..despite the steel mesh grilles. Some even installed Tannoys into sawn in half Barrels and the ones I heard sounded surprisingly good.
