Hi,
I have Lowther PM7A with Azura AH204 front horn from 200-300Hz. Still working on the bass bin. On top, I have Fostex T90A filtered with 1uF cap.

It's Le Cléac’h horns, made from fibergalss. I think your FE164 will work on them if helped with T90A.
