High Efficiency Speaker Asylum

Is it possible to do room correction in a set up with just a CD-player, preamp and a SET power amp feeding a single driver horn system, or do you need multiple drivers and amps? I was thinking about doing the correction in the digital domain by using the Behringer as a DAC. If it is possible, which Behringer would be the best suited?
