The largest pipe organ in the world is the Auditorium Organ at the Atlantic City Convention Hall. The recording I have of it begins with the starting of the 3 blowers:(1) 50 Hp;(2)100 Hp;(3)75 Hp. They sound like jet engines starting. I'm afraid you're going to need something more than just a big sawdust vacuum reversed into the said shaft. Electric motors that size ain't cheap, but you might check the local junk yards for a Buick 455 V8, in GS specs it was capable of 510 ft. lbs. of torque at a lazy 2800 RPM. You Californians seemed blessed with many old cars in decent shape judging by the cars they trash on Mythbusters. I've driven much worse looking cars to work on a daily basis for years. A real math guy will have to help you with the blower design. Maybe you can get the Mythbuster guys interested in the project. Too bad the exhaust has to be the small end, if it were the reverse I'd be thinking Horn!
