Emerald Physics is digitally equalized with a Behringer unit in order to squeeze some bass out of the OBs, they have different settings from factory according to the distance to the back wall of your home setting.
Trying to make a big OB for low bass would make it really huge!

PS: I would stay away from Eminence drivers, I have 4 Beta 15s here I would let go really cheap taking up closet space! Altec 416 is wonderful....
