RCA made a 15" co-ax like the one in the picture. It was a version of the LC1a, but not-co-planer, and had much smaller magnets with an fs around 55Hz.
I have not seen an RCA horn with fins like the one in the picture.
I noticed the horn appears to be on a movable plate, that possibly was ment for another woofer. It is odd because I don't see the need for a horn with paper cone tweeters.
The Victor company of Japan made some RCA-like speakers. perhaps it is one of those. it is not a stock RCA product, but should sound OK.
