Could somebody tell me in which way compression ratio shows
up in the equivalent mechanical circuit of a loudspeaker which
is put on a horn.
I do simulations in Akabak en when i put a loudspeaker with a 855cm2 radiatorarea on horn which have a 400cm2 throat, it`s converting the acoustic load (horn with radiation and frontchamber) to it`s mechanical circuit with the coupler SD 855cm2 and not with a 400cm2 area. I was wondering if this is correct?
If this is correct (which i don`t think so), how could you see in it`s equivalent circuit that the horn is loaded under the heavy compression ratio?
