Asked Eric Alexander of Tekton Design to build me the a FE 127 with two terminals, one to bypass the circuit, veneered in cherry.He has a similar pair on ebay with pictures: I think that they are dropdead goregeous.
I've had a superb experience with him so far - happy to post impression when I receive mine for interested parties
