Hi,In the most recent Stereophile recommended components, under CD players both the SCD-1 and the SCD-777ES are delisted and noted to be discontinued.
Is the SDC-1 out of production?
I heard there was a recent upgrade/update to the venerable hi-end Sony player.
If the SCD-1 is out of production does this mean Sony is pulling out of high end and retreating to mid-fi once again.
