Could you possibly tell me if the SACD resolution increases with lower frequency components? Or is resolution constant at all frequencies?

If resolution is not constant, then at what frequency is the full 21 bits of resolution available? 20kHz? 50kHz?

And does 8 bit Pro-DSD have less high frequency noise and more resolution at high frequencies?
