What type of DAC system is in the SCD-C555ES?

141.151.6.132

The new SCD-C222ES has a three-DSD DAC system according to Crutchfield's web site, where as the SCD-XA777ES has six DSD DACs. Crutchfield says the following about the DAC system in the SCD-C555ES:

"This unit is built with a new Super Audio DAC system (SA DAC) and a Direct Digital Synch D/A clock converter for enhanced sonic performance."

Does anyone know if this DAC system in any way resembles those in the 'C222ES and 'XA777ES? Sony's DSD DAC system has evolved since release of the first-generation players, and I am wondering if there were any significant changes in going from the 'C555ES, which was released in April, to the 'C222ES and 'XA777ES, which were released in September. I guess another way of looking at this is whether the 'C555ES could be considered and earlier generation model than the 'C222ES and 'XA777ES in terms of the DAC system employed. Thanks in advance.
