download playback trouble

My first post on the Asylum.

This is also my first attempt with MCH downloads.
I just downloaded the BIS Pulcinella recording in MCH Hires, copied it on to a thumb drive, and started playing it on my Oppo BDP 103. I got nice music coming from all 5 speakers (as hoped)! However, the end of track 2 got cut short by about a second or two and then track three started playing minus the first half second or so. Is there a way to fix this?
