I don't think the MusicScope graphs presents a clear picture of the differences. They show more content in the vinyl recording. I also have iZotope RX5. Here are spectral graphs of both at 24/192 gain balanced as best I could.

What I see and what I hear is slightly better bass from the vinyl. Also prefer the cymbal shimmer from the vinyl. Both are enjoyable. I cheated a bit. My vinyl recording has been de-clicked and had a 20 hz high pass filter added.
Comparisons made using JRiver21, exSound e12, Project Ember headphone amp, HiFiMan HE-500 with Moon Audio Silver Dragon. YMMV
