Is Oppo's legendary after sale support. My experiences with their support have always been very satisfactory and I've experienced, and read about, them going well out of their way to satisfy a customer.I lost my BDP-93's remote control during a move. I contacted Oppo's Customer Support in an attempt to purchase another remote. They would NOT let me buy one, imagine that!! Instead, 3 days later, a brand new remote was delivered to my doorstep for absolutely no charge. That, my friends, is GREAT Customer Support! Oppo will have my business as long as they remain solvent...
