Something similar happened to me recently where my Marantz started not playing SACDs but played CDs fine. The laser was replaced then SACDs were fine but CDs skipped. I took it back and they replaced the laser again. All is fine now except for 1 SACD disc which won't play.
I suggest you take the player back to the repair shop and get them to replace the laser again.
