Toshiba SD-9200 issues

New high resolution SACD releases, players and technology.

I have not been here in a very long time. I thought of this group to get some advice. I have a Toshiba SD-9200. Actually I have two. They both have the same issue. When a disc in put in it tries to read it and it makes a clicking sound. Then after a while I get the Disc Error. I have heard of this common issue and the fix but I can't find it anywhere. Any thoughts?
