in the paper and it is a difficult process form what I have read. AN is very expensive. I stocked up on mine while still available and while some were actually on sale. I mostly have the non polar, as that is what I like best. Then often I do a dual non polar with the outer foil to the inner in parallel. You get almost no inductance and the esr is just about gone.
