Better than SACD?

Sony recently released several CDs using their PureFlection 32-bit ultra HD mastering process. This series includes Dave Brubeck's "Time Out" (see link below).

Do these have the potential to be as good or better than SACDs? Has anyone heard one yet? Thanks.
