I had no idea of your history prior to this post and, if I have responded to you before, I have no recollection of it.
However, if you have been having this problem consistently over a long span with multiple updates, it seems to me that the common component is your particular player.
So, I am not trying to deflect your complaint because the competence of the player is certainly their responsibility. What about having them repair it?
