To my knowledge the disk content (CD, SACD) will probably last for a very long time if you store it in good conditions. The NASA Voyager launched in 1977 used for the The Voyager Interstellar Record a phonograph record, a 12-inch gold-plated copper disk containing sounds and images.Internet content stored on a hard drive will not last forever so there is always the risk in loosing the downloaded data.
