I really hope you can do it as soon as possible.
You really should do it before too many used XDS1 starts appearing on the market, lowering down its re-sale value.
If your dealer allows you to trade up to the new combo with just a top up of the price difference, you should consider it seriously.
The reason is the new combo sounds every bit better than the XDS1 even straight out from the box.
This is not just some upgraditis thing.
Straight away you can hear parity restored in the lower frequency domain.
I ran the xds1 into the dac2x and compared it against the new transport-only TSDX.
The will be no denying the problem once you hear it.
And you won't have to choose highly colored ic to fill in the missing bits that should have been there in the first place.
