RE: New Developments in USB DSD DAC's and ADC's

Hi I have EMM Labs CDSD transport which outputs DSD on ST optical port.
I am getting a DAC which is capable of inputting DSD on SDIF3 connectors, which is Mytek Digital Stereo DSD 192 DAC.

I am searching a converter which converts ST optical DSD (multichannel) to SDIF3. Do you know any ? I searched google and I found EMM Labs ADC 8 Mk IV can do that but this is out of my budget.

Also I am getting Oppo BDP-95 which outputs 5.1 DSD audio via HDMI.
My question is : Is there any converter to convert HDMI audio to SDIF3 ?
I searched google but could not find one.
