as far as band width in mch. I think sacd is the best then dvd audio. Ive read that they can put 24/48 in the rears and 96 in the fronts. none of my discs say that so I dont know if it was done.
bd disc can hold more data that should mean higher band with. But I found one that is sub par sounding in the rear speakers. Its paramore the final riot.I think I have about 20 concert discs & this is the first that was not made right.
If you like classical sacds buy the hi bred ones.then you can dabble in mch if you want.I dont think there is any difference in sound quality.
